Oberlin Promotional Products provides custom laser engraving, metal business cards, promotional products, apparel, digital marketing, logo creation, domain registration, website building, and app design services. Product availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Orders and Payment

• All orders are processed through Stripe for secure payment.
• Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless stated otherwise.
• Custom orders (engraving, embroidery, apparel) require approval before production begins.
• Once production has started on custom items, cancellations may not be accepted.

Quotes and Estimates

Quotes provided through our website forms are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed before payment is processed. Bundle prices apply to bundled services purchased together as described on the bundle quote page.

Domain Registration

Domain registration services are fulfilled through accredited registrars. Domain availability is not guaranteed until registration is confirmed. Domain renewal fees apply after the initial registration period.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, designs, text, and images, is the property of Oberlin Promotional Products unless otherwise stated. Customer-supplied logos and artwork remain the property of the customer. We are not liable for trademark or copyright infringement of customer-supplied designs.

Data Integration

Paid orders are automatically synced to our QuickBooks Online accounting system for bookkeeping purposes. By placing an order, you consent to this data transfer as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Oberlin Promotional Products is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Defective or incorrectly produced items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to report any issues.
