A single point of contact who actually builds it — no account managers, no handoffs.
Tested on real phones and desktops — responsive on every device your customers use.
Sitemap, meta tags, and structured data baked in — set up to be found on Google from day one.
Fixes and refinements after go-live — you’re not on your own the day it ships.
You know what’s being built, when, and why — at every step.
The price we agree on is the price you pay — scope changes are discussed, not silently billed.
Builds are billed in three milestones, not one lump sum up front. You approve the work at each stage before the next payment is due — so your money stays tied to something you can actually look at.
Before a dollar moves, you get a written scope: the pages, the features, the integrations, the timeline, and the fixed price. You pay the first third only once you’ve read it and agreed to it.
You review the real design, on your real content, and we revise it until it matches what you had in mind. The second third is due when you approve it — not before.
The final payment comes due when the site is live, tested on real devices, and doing the job it was built to do. If it isn’t working, it isn’t launched, and the balance isn’t due.
If you decide partway through that it isn’t right, you stop at the completed milestone. You owe nothing further, and you keep everything delivered up to that point — files, designs, and code.
The number in the written scope is the number you pay. If the scope genuinely changes, we agree on it in writing first — nothing gets silently added to an invoice.
On starter sites and single-page builds, it’s usually split in two — half to start, half at launch. Care plans and monthly work are billed monthly and cancel any time.
I’ll examine your current site and goals, then tell you exactly what you need — even if that’s less than you think.
